Copy Selected Products Between Locations

Use this action to copy selected products from one Shop to another when the same products should be sold at more than one location. You need permission to manage both the source and destination Shops.

Copy Products to Another Shop

• Open the Shop page and select the source Shop.
• On the Products tab, select the products to copy on the current page.
• Open Bulk Actions and choose Copy to Another Shop.
• Review the selected product count, choose a different destination Shop, and click Copy Products.

The action copies the selected product offerings, including products whose catalog status is active or inactive. Selection is limited to the products shown on the current page and follows the page's filters and sort order. The selection supports up to 200 products.

The copied products use the source Shop's current price, compare price, status, and SKU. Source tax categories are not copied. If a product already exists in the destination Shop, its destination tax category, stock, cost, Web Shop availability, and discount settings stay in place. A new destination offering has no tax category assigned.

The action is available on the Products tab when you can manage at least one other Shop. It copies products from one source Shop to one destination Shop at a time. Destination Shops are grouped by region, with each area shown beneath its region. Search matches region, area, and area slug.
