# Review Package Activity

Use the Activity Feed in a Customer's Membership view to understand what changed on their membership package and when it changed. This helps staff answer billing or benefits questions quickly without checking multiple screens. The feed is read-only and shows a timeline of updates with the actor, timestamp, and description.

### Open the Activity Feed

* Navigate to the **Customer Profiles** area and open the Customer's account
* Go to the **Membership** section
* Open the **Packages** tab
* Scroll to the **Activity Feed** panel

\[SCREENSHOT NEEDED: Customer profile with Membership section open and the Packages tab selected]

### Read activity entries

* Expand the **Activity Feed** panel if it is collapsed
* Review each entry:
  * **Name** shows who made the change (staff member, Customer, or System)
  * **Date and time** shows when the change happened
  * **Description** explains what changed
* Click **Load more** to view older activity

\[SCREENSHOT NEEDED: Activity Feed panel expanded showing actor name, timestamp, description, and Load more button]

When there is no matching activity yet, the feed shows **No activity found.**

\[SCREENSHOT NEEDED: Empty Activity Feed state showing "No activity found."]

**PLEASE NOTE:** The Activity Feed only appears when this feature is enabled for your staff account.

### Tips

* Use this feed first when a Customer asks why membership package access changed
* Check the actor and timestamp together before making follow-up account changes
* If you do not see expected entries, refresh the Customer profile and re-open the Packages tab

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.podplay.app/play-passes/review-membership-package-activity-feed.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
