# Reviewing Matches

### Overview

Staff can review Customer's games and match results (scores) from the Dashboard on the Match page and within each Reservation and Event.

### Where to find the Matches page

* **Matches dashboard** — open **Matches** from the admin navigation.
* **Event drawer** — open an Event and select the **Matches** tab.

Filter by date, event, players, pod, or match ID on the Matches dashboard. From an Event, the list is scoped to that event only.

#### Match list columns

The table shows teams, winner, and score. When DUPR or WPR is enabled for your club, you also see:

* **Rated** — whether the match was played as a rated match.
* **Rating** — **Published** or **Not published** to the provider for that sport (DUPR for pickleball, WPR for padel).

Click a row to open **Match Details**.

#### Match Details drawer

* Sport, start/end time, location, court, and winner.
* **DUPR** card (pickleball only, when DUPR is enabled) — rated/unrated status, publication state, and **Publish DUPR Match** when staff need to submit manually.
* **Teams** — left and right players. Each name shows the linked provider ID on the line below when available:
  * **WPR:** … for padel matches when WPR is enabled.
  * **DUPR:** … for pickleball matches when DUPR is enabled.
* **Sets** (padel) or **Games** (pickleball) — per-set or per-game scores; optional replay actions when replays are available.

Click a player name to open their profile.

### Reservation & Event Matches tab

The Matches tab is on the scroll bar at the top of every Reservation and Event.

If there are not games played with the [Scoreboard](/pro-system/page-2.md) or with the [Tournament feature](/pro-system/tournaments.md), the Matches tab will be empty.

If your Customers did use the [Scoreboard](/pro-system/page-2.md) or the [Tournament feature](/pro-system/tournaments.md) during their play time at your Club, information about the Matches will populate in the Matches tab.

By clicking on a specific Match, an additional side panel will appear and provide more information:

* Overview — the sport, winner of the Match, if the Match scores were submitted, a button to submit Match scores to the Rating System, teams, and games played
* Replays — specific [Replays captured during the Match](/replays/overview-of-replays/match-replays.md)
* Advanced — further data for auditing

### Rating System is Down

If [DUPR](/pro-system/rating-systems/dupr-ratings.md) (or [WPR](https://docs.podplay.app/pro-system/rating-systems#wpr-ratings)) is down, Customers can still play [DUPR Challenge Matches](/pro-system/dupr-challenge-match.md), and scores still be saved internally in the Dashboard under the Reservation or Event's [Matches](/pro-system/reviewing-matches-in-the-dashboard.md) tab.

Publishing to DUPR will fail (the system tries and retries 3 times, then stops).

Matches aren’t marked as "Published", so once DUPR is back up, Club staff can go into the Reservation or Event and "Publish" them from the Dashboard.

**There’s no automatic retry queue if DUPR is down.** Your staff will need to go into the Reservation or Event and send the Match results to DUPR to submit the scores.
