Turn Off Replays

An Admin can disable Quick Replays and Custom Replays for a specific Reservation or Event. Common reasons include private Reservation bookings that don't want footage captured, lessons where Replays would distract, Tournaments with their own recording setup, or when selling a Replay Package to a Private Event.

Steps to Turn Off Replays

1. Open the Reservation or Event in the Dashboard
2. Click the Settings tab
3. Open the Advanced Features drawer
4. Toggle off Quick Replays
5. Toggle off Custom Replays

In an Event

With both toggles off, Quick Replays captured on the court during the booking are not stored, and Customers cannot order a Custom Replays or Enhanced Replays for that Reservation or Event after it ends.

Re-enabling

Toggle Quick Replays and Custom Replays back on under Advanced Features in the Settings tab to restore the default behavior.

Recordings only resume from the moment the toggles flip back on; footage from the time the Replays were disabled is not recoverable.
