Instant Replay Not on TV

Overview

If a Customer says Instant Replays were appearing on the Scoreboard earlier in their match and have stopped showing for the rest of the booking, the most common cause is that someone toggled off Instant Replays during the Reservation or Event by tapping Skip on the kiosk. Skipping suppresses Instant Replays for the rest of the booking until someone taps Show again.

Each time a Quick Replay is captured, a banner appears on the kiosk offering the option to Skip the Instant Replay that would otherwise play on the Scoreboard. Tapping Skip, either on the banner or by pressing the Play Button a second time, suppresses Instant Replays for the duration of the Reservation or Event.

To show the Instant Replays on the TV again:

1. Capture a new Quick Replay (hold the Play Button or tap the Replay button on the kiosk)
2. After the Quick Replay is captured, look for a new banner in the bottom right of the kiosk that says Show
3. Tap Show to bring Instant Replays back to the Scoreboard for the rest of the Reservation or Event

The Skip and Show buttons are not visible at the same time:

• If you see the Skip button, then the Instant Replays will appear on the TV above the court.
• If you see the Show button, then the Instant Replays will not appear on the TV above the court.
