# Instant Replay Not on TV

### Overview

If a Customer says Instant Replays were appearing on the Scoreboard earlier in their match and have stopped showing for the rest of the booking, the most common cause is that someone toggled off Instant Replays during the Reservation or Event by tapping `Skip` on the kiosk. Skipping suppresses Instant Replays for the rest of the booking until someone taps Show again.

Each time a Quick Replay is captured, a banner appears on the kiosk offering the option to `Skip` the Instant Replay that would otherwise play on the Scoreboard. Tapping `Skip`, either on the banner or by pressing the Play Button a second time, suppresses Instant Replays for the duration of the Reservation or Event.

To resolve this and show the Instant Replays on the TV again:

1. Capture a new Quick Replay (hold the Play Button or tap the Replay button on the kiosk)
2. After the Quick Replay is captured, look for a new banner in the bottom right of the kiosk that says Show
3. Tap `Show` to bring Instant Replays back to the Scoreboard for the rest of the Reservation or Event

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.podplay.app/replays/replays-not-working/instant-replay-not-on-tv.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
